Description:-   This HCI building is located in Victoria, BC and is 21000W x 84000L x 23604H (70'-0"W x 275'-0"L x 77'-0"H). The structural steel was hot dip galvanized to protect against the potential harm the neighbouring ocean could have brought to the steel. One end wall is a full width, full height vertical lifting hanger door. The door was design and purchased from Mock Door of Finland. It is fabricated from aluminum and a rubber coated nylon makes up the fabric liner on both the interior and exterior. The building has a full length 5 ton bridge crane, four service platforms and small multi level mezzanines. This building is used for maintenance work on the Canadian Navy's submarines.
